June 10th, 2009 Litchfield back on form in British Champs
Defending champion Mark Litchfield finally found form at Rowrah, despite a small setback when his engine lost power in a heat. He quickly disposed of Lee Bell, Elliott Burton and Richard Bradley on the opening laps of the first final and then gave a classic lesson to the others by drawing out over four seconds.

Junior Max racer Andy King has had a brilliant run of results in 2009, most recently a win in Formula Kart Stars at Glan-y-Gors, where he also won the Prefinal and took the fastest lap, although it was no surprise he was so strong because he totally dominated the club meeting earlier in the month too
